DoDIIS 2023 Demo

Exhibitor Badge:

Each demo opportunity will receive 1 complimentary exhibitor badge. Additional badges are available upon request. This includes access to the show floor during set-up and dismantle, during the show, and access to the Carahsoft Networking Reception on Thursday, December 14, 2023.

The deadline to register for badges is Wednesday, November 29, 2023.

While demo exhibitor badges will allow you access to the exhibit hall during exhibit hours, please note your time within the Carahsoft booth is limited to your allotted time slot.

Full conference badges are available for $699.00 each (through October 18, 2023) and $749.00 each (effective starting October 19, 2023).

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be e-mailed to GEOINT@carahsoft.com if registered through us or usgif@confrencedirect.com if registered directly through the show. Cancellations received on or before April 14, 2023, will receive a full refund, minus the $150 processing fee. No refunds will be given after April 14, 2023 and registrations received after this date are not eligible for refunds. Canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your housing reservation. To cancel your hotel reservation, please contact geointhousing@spargoinc.com.
