Any registrations after Friday, May 10, 2024 can be either done onsite or online.

Exhibitor One-Day Conference Passes
Exhibitor passes are available for $347 each now through Friday, May 10, 2024.

Please Note: This pass gives you one-day access to panels and sessions, the exhibit hall, and coffee breaks on the day of your choosing (Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday).

 

Full Conference Passes
Each demo comes with one full conference pass. Additional full conference passes are available for $547 each now through Friday, May 10, 2024. This is the member pricing. Should you choose to register your badge through Carahsoft, you will receive the member pricing and benefits regardless of your individual status.

Please note: This pass give you two-day access to all panels and sessions and three-day access to the exhibit hall and coffee breaks.

Lunch Option

Border Security Expo is offering a new exhibitor lunch program. Deadline to order is Wednesday, May 1, 2024. A variety of options will be offered including a salad with protein and several types of sandwiches. All lunches will come with chips and a bottle of water. Selections will be first-come, first-served with no guarantee of availability. We cannot accommodate special meal requests. Tickets will print with your badge at check-in. If you purchase multiple lunch tickets, you are responsible for distributing them to others. There are no refunds. Lunch is $30 per day.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be emailed to LETradeshows@carahsoft.com if registered through Carahsoft or BSE2024@anidealpartner.com if registered directly through the show. Cancellation received in writing by Monday, April 15, 2024, will be refunded in full. Requests received between April 15-May 3, 2024, will be refunded minus a $75 administrative fee. After Friday, May 3, 2024, there are no refunds and registrants are obligated to pay 100% of the registration fee, regardless of attendance or payment status.
