SC23 Demo

Exhibitor Badge:

Each demo opportunity will receive 1 complimentary exhibitor badge. This includes access to the show floor during set-up and dismantle, during the show, and access to the Monday Night Gala Reception. 

The deadline to register for badges is October 6, 2023.

Additional guest passes which allow access to the Monday Night Gala Reception and show floor only during exhibit hours are available for $200 each.

While demo exhibitor badges will allow you access to the exhibit hall during exhibit hours, please note your time within the Carahsoft booth is limited to your allotted time slot.

 

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be e-mailed to GEOINT@carahsoft.com if registered through us or usgif@confrencedirect.com if registered directly through the show. Cancellations received on or before April 14, 2023, will receive a full refund, minus the $150 processing fee. No refunds will be given after April 14, 2023 and registrations received after this date are not eligible for refunds. Canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your housing reservation. To cancel your hotel reservation, please contact geointhousing@spargoinc.com.
