Bamboo Health delivers interoperable technology solutions to support a variety of public health initiatives of importance to local, state, and federal government entities with a focus on behavioral health, 988 crisis response, and the opioid epidemic. Our solutions provide data and advanced analytics to support care coordination across the physical, behavioral, and social health continuums.

We work with more than 40 state governments and territories to deliver their prescription drug monitoring programs through PMP AWARxE, PMP Gateway, and NarxCare. We support the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP) for PMP InterConnect which allows sharing of data in prescription drug monitoring programs across state lines. In addition, 14 states work with us through the OpenBeds solution which creates a trusted coordinated care treatment network to track availability of behavioral health and substance use treatment facilities through a cloud-based, closed-loop referral system.

Building on the OpenBeds platform, we work with states to support their infrastructure for the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, the behavioral health version of 911, through the Crisis Management System solution. Finally, through our nationwide event notification network, we provide solutions to support real-time notifications of care encounters to improve care coordination, with insights and compliance tools to improve care and lower costs.
