Zoom allows in-meeting security capabilities such as, a waiting room for attendees, the ability to lock a meeting, only allowing individuals with a given e-mail domain to join, and password protection.

Chat Encryption allows for a secured communication where only the intended recipient can read the secured message.

Zoom only stores basic information under user account profile information.
