CADS in Action

Qlarion partnered with our customer the Commonwealth of Virginia to launch a groundbreaking workforce data platform. The statewide initiative aggregates valuable employment data from 10 different state agencies, as well as dozens of career centers and training institutions.

Qlarion developed intuitive self-service dashboards that give state leaders and policy makers have access to mission-critical insights about the Commonwealth’s workforce. We also created a public-facing dashboard, the Virginia Career Works Referral Portal, a secure platform that aggregates unemployment payment and claims data, Census information, and labor market trends from across the Commonwealth. The portal  connects constituents with programs to advance their career paths and achieve financial independence through training, certification, education and employment services.

  • Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) Analytics Framework

    Qlarion’s Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) Analytics Framework is a secure data-sharing platform that helps communities respond to public health emergencies, including substance use disorder and COVID-19.

    Our SDOH Framework combines previously siloed data from across a variety agencies, secretariats, and local organizations – including healthcare and social services, public safety and corrections, and community coalitions.

    Using our data sharing and analytics framework, our customers can quickly identify

    • Hospitals that are in need of supplies and pharmaceuticals

    Case Study: Qlarion leveraged our SDOH Framework to create Virginia’s premier cross-agency data-sharing initiatives, the Framework for Addiction Analysis and Community Transformation (FAACT), is a secure data-sharing platform that helps communities in the Commonwealth combat Virginia’s opioid addiction crisis.
