Keyavi Data Solutions for the Public Sector

Keyavi API Service Node is the core service that is required for Keyavi's self-protecting data infrastructure. It is a containerized cloud native application, that can run on Premise or within an Infrastructure as a Service Cloud or Platform as a Service cloud. The Keyavi node is a three tier web application consisting of Load Balancers, the Keyavi application service and the Keyavi Database. The application tier is written in C# and the database tier is a Microsoft SQL Server database. API nodes scale based on number of users and architecture model required for your use case. A minimum of one (1) node is required per deployment. Each node is $20,000 USD one-time infrastructure cost.

Annual user subscription to Keyavi Data software suite, portals, agents and plug-ins. Sold in increments of 1,000 users with a minimum required purchase amount of 1000 users. Volume based discounts are available. Tranche 1 pricing: up to 1,000 users is $180 USD per user per year. Tranche 2 pricing: between 1,001 to 10,000 users priced at $144 USD per user per year. Tranche 3 pricing: 10,001 to 50,000 users priced at $120 USD per user per year. Tranche 4 pricing: over 50,000 users priced at $84 USD per user per year.

Keyavi's Intelligent Directory services enables automatic protection of data entering a specified storage location. Automates the Keyavi encryption and policy infusion process on all data being stored in a folder or directory. Internal storage included folders, hard drives, network sites, OneDrive, Share Point.

Keyavi's browser-based service which enables internal and external stakeholders to decrypt Keyavi protected files securely online without the need to download or install agents. Keyavi users can also encrypt and create protected files through this browser functionality as well. This web application is fully customizable and can be white labeled to match your color and branding specifications.

Keyavi Cloud Storage Service allows organizations using Dropbox, box.com, OneDrive and similar user based storage solutions to utilize Keyavi to automatically protect files within a cloud storage site. This solution does not currently support Google Drive.
