goPost™ e-PlanSoft’s Public Portal is a fully web-based application that is tightly integrated into e-PlanREVIEW® and can support Applicants, Intake Staff and Administrators.

• Applicants - Applicants can apply for permits, upload and submit plans for review, manage document versioning, access reviewer comment reports, and download deliverable packages (either reviewed plans that require corrections or approved plan sets).
• Intake Staff - Intake staff at Municipals will utilize goPost™ to evaluate incoming submittals made by Applicants, including whether incoming documents meet the municipals’ submission criteria, and either accept or communicate deficiencies back to the applicant.

The PDF Scout™ Inspector Tool is embedded into e-PlanREVIEW® and goPost™ Public Portal, as well as equipped with easy to connect API’s that allow it to connect seamlessly to other portals, Scout™ can identify some known issues in the PDF files, prior to assignments being created. Documents that do not pass Scout inspection will not proceed for plan review.

Invite outside contributors to “Virtual Counter Sessions” to expedite the review process, reducing the time of plan check for all parties involved. When invited, applicants can view and respond to the comments made by the plan reviewers in real-time. Project owners, designers, sub-contractors, etc., are the candidates for this user role.
