Each demo comes with one complimentary exhibitor badge. 

While demo exhibitor badges will allow you access to the exhibit hall during exhibit hours, please note your time at your demo kiosk within the Carahsoft booth is limited to your allotted time slot.

Additional exhibitor badges are available for $225 each.

Full conference badges include in-person access to keynotes, panels, theater sessions, plus access to conference recordings post-event. Lunches included with fully PAID categories only, and access to the exhibit hall.

Full conference badges are available for $845 each for AFCEA Corporate members. Membership ID will be required for this pricing rate.

Full conference badges are available for $1,045 each for non-AFCEA members. No membership ID will be required for this pricing rate.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted online by Friday, December 27, 2024, to receive a full refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued after Friday, December 27, 2024.
