Archive2Azure is a single software platform to migrate, onboard, secure, validate, classify, manage, search, analyze and dispose disparate data, which is stored in its native format. An integrated, open archive, Archive2Azure allows you to consolidate, archive, manage, search and dispose of content across several repositories including email, Office365, Teams, Slack, file systems, SharePoint, content services platforms, content collaboration platforms, social media, IM, video and audio + structured data from SAP, Salesforce, and others.

Archive2Azure for Email Journaling onboards legacy journal data and streams live journal data (extensive list of supported data types including from O365, public and business social media platforms) while keeping the journal contents completely intact with zero metadata loss or data conversion (for a legally defensible journal). All content is captured and maintained in native format to ensure zero vendor lock-in and ability of customers to leverage additional applications in the cloud (AI, ML, analytics, etc.).

Archive2Azure for Supervisory Review and Surveillance delivers supervisory review with machine learning content/message sampling, customizable review workflows, escalations, and reporting. AI and ML-based dynamic data surveillance for HR, PI, IP and other sensitive data identification automatically scans content on ingestion and flags and manages based on policies. Creates contextual relationships between disparate datasets. Supports three lines of defense model and segregation of duties with proactive, expedited escalation of issues to appropriate staff with validated access entitlements.

Capture and index Microsoft Exchange Server and Microsoft Office 365 data, plus other major email platforms. Direct end-user access from mailbox for a seamless user experience as well as full search (plus eDiscovery) directly from Archive2Azure portal.

Archive2Azure for Microsoft Teams provides compliant capture and management of all Teams data including: channels, communications in a private channel, direct messages, edits to messages (captured as separate messages), group messages, files shared in communications, files not sent in a communication, deletions, integrated apps (wikis, etc.), video and voice, and sentiment and emojis. All Teams data can be searched and reviewed as fully threaded Teams messages and content within all chats.

Archive2Azure for SharePoint archives SharePoint data as a one-time event or on a policy-based schedule (site, file type, create/modification/access date, and author). SharePoint Online Insights Reports analyzes content across multiple data points. Retention schedules and legal holds are automatically inherited when SharePoint Online content is migrated and archived. Access to archived SharePoint content is content-based and role-based and all access is fully audited. End-users still have access to their own SharePoint data directly from SharePoint Online.

Archive2Azure for Salesforce delivers archiving and management of all Salesforce data objects including all record input and changes, email (and attachments), chatter IM and other data for storage optimization and regulatory compliance requirements. “Time machine" feature enables compliance, legal and security teams to view what a record looked like at a specific date and time.

Archive2Azure for File Systems delivers archiving and ongoing information management for file system/share drive data generated from multiple applications. All file system data is stored in its native format for legal defensibility, chain of custody, and complete metadata retention. This capability enables compliant legacy application decommissioning – while keeping data for regulatory compliance, data security including PI/IP scanning, storage cost savings, and access to additional cloud-based AI/ML capabilities as well as data analytics. Data examples include financial statements, trade confirms, trading data for our major financial services customers (SEC/FINRA/MiFID II), file data migrated from legacy content management systems in addition to SharePoint (i.e. Documentum, Filenet).

Archive360 Cloud Security Gateway provides patent-pending homomorphic encryption/secure multi-part computation implemented on-premises (before data is migrated/onboarded) and in the customer’s private cloud, provides file and field-level (metadata) encryption of PII and other sensitive data, with role-based entitlements (RBAC) to control both access and decryption. Customers maintain 100% management/ownership of encryption keys.

Archive360 for eDiscovery is implemented for all Archive2Azure customers supporting archive-wide or specific searches, data culling, legal hold placement, early case assessment, review, analytics and production across all archived data/documents. Archive2Azure case management provides the ability to create/manage cases, define custodians, data ranges, classification tags and access/activity entitlements. Granular matter security is defined by the case manager. Saved searches, cloned searches and multiple, customizable classification tags can be applied at Matter level. All data associated with a Matter is not duplicated within Archive2Azure, only additional metadata is created.

Archive360 Records Management delivers Management of records/information throughout their lifecycle is based on an organization’s specific policies. AI/MLbased predictive (and trainable) classification of records can be based on user, country or location, content type, keywords or sensitive information. It provides for support of granular retention/disposition policies, including event-based retention. Ongoing defensible disposition including full pre-disposition reports, disposition approval workflows, and ad-hoc and scheduled disposition.
