During the Commonwealth’s ChatGPT Pilot program employees accessed ChatGPT Enterprise providing feedback on their experience. 48% had never used ChatGPT before and 85% reported a positive experience. Success varied by user and was influenced more by how well employees navigated adoption challenges than by any specific user profile.
