Federal Government Suppliers Mandated to Support PQC

On June 6, 2025, Executive Order 14306 directed federal agencies to strengthen cybersecurity against emerging threats, including quantum computing and tasked CISA with identifying product categories where post-quantum cryptography (PQC) is widely available. CISA responded by publishing guidance urging organizations to prioritize PQC-capable hardware and software to prepare for the transition to quantum-resistant security.
