Solutions

  • Permit Application Processing

Enhance your application processing workflow with Ai capabilities that extract and understand document data while alleviating the need to manually review and verify attachments required for application processes. Permit application processes, such as ones used for building permits, involve review of submissions and extraction of data. Bots can quickly review submissions in an inbox or queueing system, scan them for the required attachments, and extract the data in order to add it to your team’s repositories. Application attachments can be quickly moved from dedicated inboxes or queueing systems to a central repository. Bots can also notify staff members and prompt them for feedback all while performing these actions in an optimized workflow.

  • Identity Document Understanding

A number of business processes involving repetitive analysis of document data can be aided by our Identity Document Understanding Ai/ML component, Classi.ai. Classi can be paired with RPA to provide end-to-end solutions for processes involving the identification, extraction, and digitization of identity document data. Workflows such as registration can be kicked off by having a bot review an inbox or queue, identify and extract identity data from a number of different identity documents (driver’s license, student IDs, passports, and more), digitize and cross-verify the data between repositories or data sources, and finally use the data to make decisions and update an applicant’s corresponding records in your system.

  • Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Case Management System

Our AiFOIA CMS pairs an easy-to-use, intuitive GUI with the power of attended automation using buttons as triggers for bot processes. Useful CMS features such as robust dashboards with data visualizations, alerts, and filtered search lists are available for quick review of all FOIA requests and expedience in backlog handling efforts. Document management services allow users to integrate with their existing document set, with document editing, version control, and FOIA annotation featuring exemption codes. Our intelligent document search and redaction components are used to isolate a corresponding document set for each FOIA request, providing suggestions on documents that may fulfill a given request. The CMS also includes auditing capabilities for each RPA component, as well as a timeline feature to monitor and track all data related to FOIA requests.

  • Automated Document and Email Search Components

An RPA component that can be easily integrated into your existing business processes. Our Document and Email search features a robust search activity where documents and/or emails can be located and moved to desired locations. Search capabilities for documents include data fields for search terms/phrases, network directory/filepath, document type; which are used to search through document filenames and file contents to locate results. Email search capabilities include data fields for search terms/phrases, the mailbox to search through (integration with Outlook and Google mailboxes available); which are used to search through email subject, body content, and email attachment names/attachment contents. Emails are converted to PDFs and placed in the desired output location. Notifications are built in to inform the users of successful search completion and where to find the output documents.

  • Intelligent Document and Email Redaction Components

Document and email redaction can be used individually, and/or paired with our intelligent document and email search. Our redaction service removes Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and includes options to add additional detectors such as specific key terms and phrases. Documents and emails are converted to PDF and flattened with redaction bars, providing a secure way to remove PII and target data detected by bots.

  • Survey Platform Automation

As part of the effort to collect public relief information due to the COVID-19 epidemic, we built a survey platform that integrates with a front-end webform, uses RPA to fetch the data, and prepares an Excel file containing pivot tables and visualization dashboards of such information. Our survey platform automation focuses on easily prioritizing services and funding requested as a result of COVID-19 impact, but can be customized to fit your reporting needs. We recommend this solution to Local Government clients who want to enrich their current data gathering process with RPA, and we will commit to providing pilot opportunities to help get your staff acclimated with RPA and Ai/ML technology adoption.

Services

  • Automation design consultation, requirements gathering

Our skilled team of Solutions Engineers, Developers, and RPA Business Analysts will consult with your stakeholders and staff to understand all areas and steps involved in your existing processes, and create process documentation that will be used to aid our team in designing the best RPA, Ai, and ML components and solutions. We are aware of the struggles that business users might face while trying to interpret their needs into development-ready artifacts, and we’re here to fill that gap with qualified, dedicated team members.

  • Development

Our RPA Developers have years’ worth of knowledge in building the best solutions possible, with the use of RPA and Ai/ML, as well as more complex platforms and systems that revolve around data integration, specialized data services, and business process optimization with solution platforms. Whether they’re building a standalone RPA component or an entire system, you can count on our staff to follow best practices for RPA development as well as Agile/Scrum methodology.

  • Deployment

Our deployment team members work closely with our developers and clients to make sure that bots are configured and running smoothly at all times. Our staff is also accustomed to deployment phases and release cycles, providing a tailor-made experience for each client where we will put our best foot forward in deployment at peak usage times and when we plan on major or minor releases. Clients are kept in the loop on all deployments, with bot activities fully audited, including error logs and notifications.

  • Infrastructure and on-going support

Our infrastructure and support team does their best to ensure that processes are up and running as needed based on the project implementation. We carefully create project documentation and support guides, along with helpdesk sites and dedicated support inboxes, in order to give our clients the best ease of use with each solution or component. Support services are available on an as-needed basis determined by the client, and project artifacts (development user stories, manual and automated test cases, API documentation, release notes, README files, audit logs, project code, and more) can be prepared to share with client teams as well.
