FluenceXL integrates tightly with Fluence Disclosure Management to provide direct and flexible access to the underlying data sources required in narrative reporting and can be used to further automate the end-to-end process through scheduled provision of the updated source documents.

  • Fluence Disclosure Management Module

Fluence Disclosure Management is a solution intended to facilitate the creation and publication of complex documents that need to be assembled in a controlled fashion, relying on the contribution of multiple users and data sources within an organization.

Fluence Disclosure Management is a web application interfacing with Microsoft Office components (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) allowing the users to leverage all standard Microsoft Office functionalities. To produce high-quality output, Fluence Disclosure Management can be easily linked to publishing tools like Adobe InDesign. The output documents can also be used to feed other solutions, for example for the generation of iXBRL reports.

    Fluence Disclosure Management permits:

    • The creation of financial and other business documents that need to meet internal as well as external disclosure requirements such as Board Books, 10K, 10Q, Annual reports etc.
    • To combine within the same document data coming from different data sources
    • Different users to work concurrently on different parts of a given document.
    • To assign to each part of a document an ad-hoc workflow monitoring its progress of completion
    • To manage and compare multiple versions of the same document or part of it.
    • To maintain the consistency of data across different documents and/or different paragraphs, sections, etc. within the same document or across documents
    • To handle the translation and synchronization of documents in multiple languages
    • To release the final documents in different formats

Specifically addressing the needs of the area called the “last mile of finance”, Fluence Disclosure Management may also be used in other areas of an organization, like HR, legal, production, procurement, sustainability reporting, etc., wherever some complex document needs to be created and maintained via the collaboration of a multitude of contributors in a controlled environment.

Fluence Disclosure Management can be easily integrated with existing Performance Management solutions (e.g. Oracle Hyperion, SAP BPC, Sigma Consol, IBM Controller, TM1, etc.).

Fluence Disclosure Management is offered as a service available in the Microsoft Azure cloud (SaaS) and as such is accessible from any location and device.
