e-Share Microsoft 365 Integration

e-Share integrates extensively with and adds considerable value to Microsoft 365. Internal users can initiate their “Trusted Sharing” using the productivity apps they are already familiar with…Teams, Outlook and Office Apps…and their shared files are always and only stored in OneDrive and SharePoint Online. There is no copying of files in order to share them. Our integration extends to Microsoft Information Protection, with MIP sensitivity labels on sites and documents being evaluated in real-time to limit what data can be shared externally and what rights the recipients will have. Our file embrace of M365 includes the use of Power BI for all analytics and reporting.

The recipient experience is fully branded and customized to each client. This includes the URL used to access shared files (e.g. files.your-organization.com), the logos and colors on all landing pages, terms of use, and all email notifications. This customization promotes your organization’s brand, strengthens the trust relationship between you and the recipient, minimizes recipient phishing concerns, and eliminates the link blocking that is common with cloud file sharing services, including Box and OneDrive/SharePoint.
