Credas was created in order to help us understand complex issues and take action to make things better. The Credas methodology is simple: We focus on people and processes as, essentially, the solution. To do that, we start by building relationships and by taking the time to understand all of the issues present. We don’t try to force people to fit existing technology.
Our process runs from issue identification to solution realization. In parallel, we activate our team members to evolve, implement, support, and realize solution potential. Along the way, we ask key questions to determine action, assess risk, and build the path forward.
Reflecting our core value of relationship, most members of the Credas team members have been here for over 15 years. Our consultants and advisors also come through long-term networked relationships.
