Here is a standard P&L report showing the comparison of Actual data pulled from the accounting system and planned data from CloudBudget. All CloudBudget reports are dynamic with the ability to filter the data as needed and to create and save variations on the fly.

Budget lines are created and edited with an Excel type interface with the system. It is possible to apply formulas and other rules where needed and it is also possible for those who prefer working in Excel to, in one click, export budget data to Excel, to make additions and changes and to quickly and easily reload the data into CloudBudget.
