Each demo opportunity will receive 1 complimentary exhibitor badge. Additional badges are available upon request. Exhibitor badges will allow you access to the exhibit hall floor during all exhibit hall hours, during set-up and dismantle during the show and access to all educational panel sessions.

While demo exhibitor badges will allow you access to the exhibit hall during exhibit hours, please note your time at your demo kiosk within the Carahsoft booth is limited to your allotted time slot.

Additional exhibitor badges are available for $425 each (membership rate).

Full conference badges include access to keynotes, panels, breakout sessions, PEO Pavilion and exhibit hall; daily lunch tickets included (while supplies last) with PAID categories only.

Additional full conference badges are available for $925 (membership rate) or $1,195 (non-membership rate).

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted online by Friday, July 12, 2024 to receive a full refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued after Friday, July 12, 2024. Substitutes are welcome. Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment.
