Each demo opportunity will receive 1 complimentary exhibitor badge. Additional badges are available upon request. Exhibitor badges will allow you access to the exhibit hall floor during all exhibit hall hours and during set-up and dismantle hours during the show.

While demo exhibitor badges will allow you access to the exhibit hall during exhibit hours, please note your time within the Carahsoft booth is limited to your allotted time slot.

Additional Exhibitor badges are available for $150
Additional Exhibitor Conference badges are available for $850

Full conference badges include in-person access to keynotes, panels, theatre sessions, plus access to conference recordings post-event. Lunches included with fully PAID categories only, and access to the exhibit hall.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation Deadline: Registrations can be cancelled with written notice to info@expouav.com before Saturday, August 24, 2024.
• Refunds: No refunds after Saturday, August 24, 2024. Refunds before this date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• Substitutions: Registrations can be transferred to another employee from the same company up until the event starts.
• Badge Policy: Once issued, badges (physical or virtual) cannot be transferred. Attendees must match the identity on the badge or risk removal and exclusion from future events.
• Event Cancellation: If the event is canceled by Diversified, registrants must request a refund or designate another event/service for the fees, or the fees will be forfeited.
