Meeting the Challenge of Evolving Threats and Responding to Federal Directives with Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform

Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) published a Binding Operational Directive (BOD 22-01) for federal civilian agencies that calls for a process and actions to remediate known exploited vulnerabilities within two weeks. CISA is an operational component of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), which develops and oversees the implementation of binding operational directives that require federal agency compliance. BOD 22-01 calls for agencies to review and update agency internal vulnerability management procedures, remediate each vulnerability according to the CISA proposed timelines and report on the status of vulnerabilities listed in the repository.
