Federal agencies are under increasing pressure to inventory cryptography, manage cipher deprecation and prepare for post-quantum migration in accordance with OMB 23-18 and national security directives. 

Yet many agencies still lack a complete cryptographic inventory across cloud, OT, mobile and enterprise systems — making compliance, budget planning and risk reduction difficult to operationalize.
