During this session we discussed and demonstrated how ServiceNow simplifies building facilities and Field Service Management workflows as it pertains to NASA- improving customer satisfaction, workforce efficiency, effectiveness, and workforce satisfaction while reducing costs and time while maximizing productivity.
Additionally, we discussed how to:
- Leverage a single platform to create, manage, track, and execute building management activities including assets, facilities, and all fieldwork
- Utilize a mobile application – online or offline -- to submit requests, include photos, and get work accurately completed in the field
- Understand how ServiceNow leverages AI and ML to automatically assign work orders to the right people, with the correct materials and abilities, at the right place and time to complete jobs the first time it is submitted
- Schedule predictive/preventative maintenance activities to proactively ensure the effectiveness of workforce + environment and assets (More Proactive = Less Reactive)
- Leverage data-driven dashboards and reports to monitor REAL TIME analytics on maintenance work orders and make decisions on data
- Collect feedback and have access to surveys to ensure continued improvements
