We were delighted to host the ServiceNow U.S. Army App Engine Focus Group, which took place virtually on Wednesday, May 21^st. These focus groups were held quarterly by the ServiceNow U.S. Army App Engine team.

In this session, we explored capabilities available on the ServiceNow platform for building tailored workflows and reviewed key technologies such as RPA, Process Mining, and Agentic AI, along with features that can be incorporated into workflows like Playbooks and Decision Tables. Attendees left with a broad understanding of the tools available to help address the Army's unique challenges.
