HPE & NVIDIA hosted their "AI in a Hybrid Multi-Cloud Environment for Utah” event on April 24th at the Element Center in Kearns, UT. This was a one-day event that brought together government and industry thought leaders to discuss AI across the state of Utah.
Attendees heard from our guest speakers on how AI is reshaping their government initiatives. The keynote address featured Alan Fuller, State CIO for Utah. During the panel discussion, attendees heard from Christian Napier (Utah DTS), Dr. Zach Boyd (Utah Office of AI Policy), and Manish Parashar, who oversees the University of Utah Responsible AI Initiative.
They also learned how large language models and Generative AI are enhancing government operations. During the afternoon, attendees engaged in technical interactive workshops focused on LLM, Generative AI and how to orchestrate and automate your hybrid cloud environment to support and enable AI workloads.
