Across a range of agencies, IT operations have grown increasingly complex, and that complexity comes with a cost. It puts a big burden on IT staff, and can ultimately hurt the citizen experience. In this report, we look at the challenges posed by an increasingly complex IT environment, and explore how agencies can simplify the management of that environment.
