The Department of Budget and Management (DBM) will procure IT consulting and technical services in a timely and economical manner. Through CATS+, the State will have a flexible means of obtaining information technology (IT) resources quickly, efficiently and cost effectively by issuing task orders specific to its needs.
Who Can Order: State agencies, county, municipal, and other non-state governments or agencies may purchase from the Master Contractor goods or services covered by this Contract at the same prices chargeable to the State.
