Each demo comes with one complimentary exhibitor badge. 

While demo exhibitor badges will allow you access to the exhibit hall during exhibit hours, please note your time at your demo kiosk within the Carahsoft booth is limited to your allotted time slot.

Additional exhibitor badges are available for $225 each.

Full conference badges include in-person access to keynotes, panels, theater sessions, plus access to conference recordings post-event. Lunches included with fully PAID categories only, and access to the exhibit hall.

Full conference badges are available for $845 each for AFCEA Corporate members. Membership ID will be required for this pricing rate. Full conference badges are available for $1,045 each for non-AFCEA members. No membership ID will be required for this pricing rate.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made up until Coming Soon will incur a 25% cancellation charge. Unfortunately, no refunds can be made for cancellations received after Coming Soon and the full registration and events fees will be payable. Cancellations must be made in writing to registration@navyleague.org. Substitutions may be made at any time.
