At the Carahsoft Conference & Collaboration Center, we’re here to help! Whether you need directions, details about our services and amenities, or information on event guidelines, we’ve got you covered. Discover how the Carahsoft Conference & Collaboration Center is designed to provide a smooth and successful event experience from start to finish.

  • General Accessibility

    The sidewalks surrounding the Carahsoft Conference & Collaboration Center are equipped with curb cuts for wheelchair access, and there are 11 reserved handicap parking spaces located directly in front of the building. Automatic doors provide easy entry, and elevators are centrally located within the building. Drinking fountains and restrooms are available on every floor for your convenience.

  • Where is the Receptionist Located

    Upon arrival at the Carahsoft Conference & Collaboration Center, we have two receptionists available to assist you in finding your meeting. As you enter the building, a directional sign on the TV will guide you to the reception desk,our receptionists are located around the corner to the right, through the glass doors. Our team is ready to ensure a smooth and efficient arrival experience.

    *If you are attending an event at the building, there will be attendant(s) in the lobby to assist you in registration and access to the event space.

  • Elevators

    Passenger elevators, located in the center of the building, provide access to all floor lobbies. To gain access, please check in with reception. We have three passenger elevators and one service elevator dedicated to event and catering equipment. All elevators are equipped with alarms, two-way communication to the command center, and tactile braille call buttons both inside and outside the elevators.

  • Restrooms

    The restrooms at the Carahsoft Conference & Collaboration Center are fully accessible to individuals with disabilities, featuring wheelchair-friendly stalls, sinks, and mirrors.

  • Service Animals

    Service animals are welcome at the Carahsoft Conference & Collaboration Center. Below is our policy regarding service animals at the facility:

    • Access: Service animals are permitted in all public areas of the Carahsoft Conference & Collaboration Center.
    • Control: The service animal must be under the control of its handler at all times.
    • The animal must be kept on a leash or harness unless the handler’s disability prevents them from using these devices.
    • Behavior: The service animal must be well-behaved and not disrupt the event or the safety of others. Aggressive behavior, excessive noise, or disruptive actions will not be tolerated.
    • Cleaning: Handlers are responsible for cleaning up after their service animals.
    • Waste disposal stations are available throughout the facility.
    • Identification: While not required by law, we encourage handlers to identify their service animal as such for ease of access.
  • Wireless/Internet

    Complimentary Wi-Fi service is available across the entire facility at a speed of download 23.3MPS, upload 94.7MPS.

  • Wheelchair Accessibility

    All event spaces and meeting rooms at the Carahsoft Conference & Collaboration Center are wheelchair accessible. For event speakers who require wheelchair access to the stage, we have an ADA-compliant ramp available. Additionally, in our CarahCafe, there is a wheelchair lift with a 750lb weight limit to provide access to the lower level.
