To provide Symantec products through a large account reseller, all in accordance with the Symantec select program (FZ24LPOTH) between Symantec and the State of West Virginia.

Who Can Order: Local state agencies and political subdivisions

Ordering Guidelines:

Any procurement from this contract will require a State Contract Order (Form #WV-39). Any order exceeding $10,000 will require approval from IS&C and the Chief Technology Officer.

The original copy of Form #WV-39 shall be mailed or faxed to the vendor (703-871-8505) as authorization for shipment, a second copy mailed to the purchasing division, and a third copy retained by the spending unit.
