Contracts may be used by state and local government, public education, other public entities in Texas, as well as public entities outside the state. Resellers are available on this contract. The contract has a two-year base term with three additional option years and is expected to run through May 20, 2031.

Any Texas state agency, unit of local government, institution of higher education, the Electric Reliability Council of Texas, the Lower Colorado River Authority, a private school, a private or independent institution of higher education, a volunteer fire department, and those state agencies purchasing through an Interagency Agreement, any local government authorized through the Interlocal Cooperation Act, a public safety entity, or a county hospital, public hospital, or hospital district, the state agencies and political subdivisions of other states, except for telecommunications services, assistance organizations

F. A nonprofit organization approved by the Supreme Court of Texas that provides free legal services for low-income households in civil matters;
G. The Texas Boll Weevil Eradication Foundation, Inc., or an entity designated by the commissioner of agriculture as the foundation’s successor entity;
H. A nonprofit computer bank that solicits, stores, refurbishes and redistributes used computer equipment to public school students and their families; and
I. A nonprofit organization that provides affordable housing.

Warranty and Return Policy:
All hardware has a 3 year limited warranty. Software returns must be submitted within 45 days of purchase through agent the order was sent to.
