  • When does the promotion run?
    •  The promotion begins August 1, 2025 and ends September 30, 2025 (Q3 of FY25).
  • Who is eligible to participate?
    • Only Carahsoft nominated and Ivanti USA Partner Sales, approved resellers qualify
    • Partners must have an active Ivanti indirect reseller agreement in place

     

  • What discount is available?
    • The total discount on qualifying SKUs is up to 40%
    • This discount includes system-applied Deal Registration and Partner Tier discounts. If those combined discounts are less than 40%, Carahsoft sellers may request an additional discretionary discount to bring the total to 40%.
      • Example: If Deal Registration + Partner Tier discount = 30%, Carahsoft may request an additional 10%. 
  • Are there restrictions on discounts?
    • Total discount (programmatic + discretionary) cannot exceed 40%
    • No other discounts or rebates can be stacked on top of this promotion
  • What type of deals qualify?
    • Net new customers only (end customers who have never purchased Ivanti).
    • Minimum purchase of 50 licenses are required for eligibility
    • Volume and renewal opportunities do not qualify for this offer
  • What about rebates?
    • Only nominated and approved deals qualify
    • Standard program Deal Registration and Partner Tier discounts apply
    • Other rebates and promotions do not apply
