CloudBudget Reports - Profit and Loss

CloudBudget creates reports comparing planned with actual data. The system pulls the actual data from client accounting systems, Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, and other on or off-platform systems and compares it with the planned data. The actual data is typically updated nightly via pre-set batch jobs. It is also possible for Finance admins to have access to a button that updates system data upon command. Reports can be easily manipulated on the fly and users can have as many configurations of a report as needed. In this way management always has the data it needs to make educated decisions.

Charts present data in a visually appealing and easily understandable way. Users can customize various aspects including chart type, units of measurement, and axes to compare data points such as actuals and budget by location or to view plans by period. Dashboards provide management with a powerful tool to get an overview of an organization’s performance.

CloudBudget - Budget Lines (filtered)

CloudBudget uses analytical tags (dimensions) to filter budget lines. All analytical tags are created according to a customer's master data. The only mandatory tag is budget year. The data shown here represents the planned data for the upcoming budget year. Each line represents a single transaction or entry. Budget lines can be viewed in two ways: the consolidated budget summary (view-only), and budget details (which allows users to edit, add, and delete lines).
