Matthew Graviss

Matthew Graviss is the Public Sector Chief Technology Officer at Atlassian. Prior to Atlassian, he served as the Chief Data and AI Officer at the U.S. Department of State, leading enterprise AI strategy and governance for global diplomatic operations. His career spans nearly two decades across CBP, USCIS and the State Department. He holds a PhD in Systems Engineering and was named a WashingtonExec "Top Public Sector Leader to Watch in 2026."
