Eric Smith is an Account Executive at Fivecast, working with law enforcement, Government and higher education organizations across the United States to help them uncover and analyze publicly available data for investigative and security purposes. With nearly eight years in the software industry, including the past two at Fivecast, he brings a strong understanding of both the technology and the operational needs of his customers. Eric works closely with analysts, investigators and leadership teams to address evolving digital threats. He takes a hands-on approach to leading product demonstrations, onboarding new customers, and guiding agencies through real-world use cases, ensuring his work remains practical and mission focused. He is passionate about enabling a safer world by helping the Public Sector use technology to streamline investigations, strengthen public safety efforts, and stay ahead of emerging risks, while delivering solutions aligned to each organization’s unique mission.
