Timo Klein

Timo Klein is the Founder and CEO of WhoMeta Inc., the company behind Arqent, an Agentic Intelligence Fabric for evidence-native, human-governed, sovereign intelligence operations. Before founding WhoMeta Inc, he built a greenfield environment with more than 400 virtual OSINT workstations for live situation analysis at an international Government organization, where he saw firsthand how fragmented tools, manual data merging and weak evidence continuity slow down intelligence work. That experience became the foundation for WhoMeta's work on agentic intelligence operations.
