Patrick Hughes

Patrick Hughes is a retired active-duty Air Force officer and has spent 15 years in the Government contracting industry. During his Air Force career, he held a number of operational and contracting leadership assignments, including NATO, DCMA, US European Command and the National Reconnaissance Office. As a defense contractor, Patrick supported numerous agencies across the Federal enterprise and was the Director of Contracting at The MITRE Corporation where he was responsible for all buy/sell activity. Patrick holds a DAWIA Level III Certification in Contracting and is currently the Senior Director, Industry Advisory – Public Sector, for Icertis—a GenAI-enabled contract intelligence platform.
