The 21st Century Integrated Digital Experience Act (IDEA) is a bill that was signed into law on December 20, 2018. It’s designed to transform the federal government's digital service delivery through website modernization, improved accessibility, adoption of digital forms and signatures, and ultimately prioritize the citizen and employee experience.
