    Integration with Urgent Change, Normal Change, Admin Change and General Change. Also includes Preliminary Import Integration.

  • Incident Management

    Create incident in SAP Solution Manager and automatically push it to ServiceNow. Close the incident in ServiceNow and it will automatically close in Solman.

  • Application Operations

    Applications Operations Altering Integrated with ServiceNow. Alterin will have Bi-Directional integration and actions.

  • Dashboards and Reporting

    Version 2.0 with Dashboards and Reporting for SAP Solution Manager and ServiceNow.
