  • Implementation Services

    All Cloud Academy customers with over 10 licenses automatically receive a dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM). The CSM & admin will walk through inviting users to the platform, which will trigger an invitation email to join. The CSM will guide the customer through implementation to ensure all end users are aware of key features. This includes an end user and admin webinar, which can be recorded to share with members that were unable to attend. Additionally, the CSM will schedule recurring meetings to discuss ongoing product and content support, along with confirming that progress is being made towards established objectives on the success plan.
