Qadium DoD ESI BPA
The Department of Defense, Qadium, and Carahsoft entered into a Blanket Purchase Agreement to reduce the administrative costs of acquiring ForeScout products on Carahsoft's GSA Schedule contract GS-35F-0119F. The Qadium ESI BPA reinforces the DoD's strategic focus on global cyber situational awareness and confirms the Qadium value proposition in DoD.
Qadium and Carahsoft are commited to collaborate with the reseller community to ensure the contract's success for all stakeholders. Qadium and Carahsoft have developed a simple program for partners to leverage as we grow Qadium DoD business together.
Core components of the program include:
- Opportunity Registration
- Incumbency Protection on renewals
- Participation in DoD ESI-focused marketing
All opportunity registration and incumbency rebates will be paid by Carahsoft to the Reseller upon receipt of payment from the DoD. This program is applicable for all Qadium Resellers authorized to sell to US Public Sector entities. The BPA is open for ordering by the "DoD or Agencies," including: the Intelligence Community, U.S. Coast Guard, GSA or other applicable U.S. Government ordering organizations/agencies placing orders on behalf of DoD, and government contractors performing work for the DoD if authorized by their cognizant Contracting Officer.

Software offered through this DoD ESI Qadium Agreement will meet the functional requirements and capabilities including, but not limited to, the following categories: Qadium Expander web-based subscription service, Global Internet Scanning, Digital Asset Map, Reporting, API Access, and Support Services.

Ordering via this BPA is decentralized. Each ordering activity will manage its obligations under this agreement.
