What is it?
On May 15th, 2009 Lockheed Martin entered into a Corporate Purchasing Agreement with Carahsoft Technology Corp for Veritas products and services, whereas Carahsoft will provide Lockheed Martin with a flexible means of obtaining Veritas products and services quickly, efficiently and cost-effectively while reducing the overall cost of ownership.
How long is the term?
The agreement is for 3 base years with 2 one-year renewal options.
Who can use it?
Lockheed Martin can take advantage of special pricing on Veritas products and services both for internal use and in support of government contracts.
