GeoPDF Toolbar takes Reader to new levels of mapping functionality
Hundreds of millions of people already have Adobe Reader installed, so utilizing the GeoPDF Toolbar, built on Adobe Reader is the perfect way to distribute GIS data to non-GIS professionals. First of all, it's free and you can't beat that. Second, most people already know how to use Reader, so there's very little training involved since GeoPDF Toolbar leverages all of Reader's benefits.
