US Army and Symantec Enterprise License Agreement In March 2011, the Army exercised the second option year of the Symantec Enterprise License Agreement (ELA), providing the Army with unlimited use of the Symantec products listed below. All Army users are required to obtain licenses and maintenance for these products through the prime contract holder, Carahsoft. All users will be validated by CHESS as authorized users and Carahsoft will assist those authorized users with access to the licensing portal. Contract Period: March 31, 2011 through March 31, 2012 Who Can Order: : The Army (Active, Civilians, Reserves, National Guard, Contractors in direct support of Army programs, and Army Assets within programs where the Army is the executive agent) may purchase from the goods or services covered by this ELA.
