US Army and Symantec Enterprise License Agreement Symantec has entered into an Army-wide Enterprise License Agreement (ELA) providing the Army with unlimited use of Symantec NetBackup, NetBackup Puredisk, Backup Exec, Storage Foundation HA/DR, Enterprise Vault, VERITAS Cluster Server, and VERITAS Volume Replicator. All Army users are required to obtain licenses and maintenance for the above listed Symantec/VERITAS products through this Symantec ELA with Carahsoft. All users will be validated by CHESS as authorized users. Through the Symantec ELA, the Army will have a flexible means of obtaining these products and services quickly, efficiently and cost-effectively. Contract: Agreement No. FBXD9DSTE Contract Period: March 31, 2009 to March 31, 2010 (with two options thereafter) Who Can Order: The Army (Active, Civilians, Reserves, National Guard, Contractors in direct support of Army programs, and Army Assets within programs where the Army is the executive agent) may purchase from the goods or services covered by this ELA.
