Jabber XCP Integration with Adobe Acrobat Connect Professional

In the past, organizing a web conference in order to share media-rich content typically required coordinating with multiple participants and developing content well in advance.

Conversely, users of chat could instantly see the status of who was available to communicate (called "presence") and securely exchange text messages and files, but they were unable to immediately expand their chat/instant messaging (IM) sessions into more dynamic web conferences.

Now Jabber, Inc. and Adobe have teamed together to add presence and chat to web conferencing by enabling users to launch an Adobe^® Acrobat^® Connect^™ Professional web conference directly from a Jabber Extensible Communications Platform^™ (Jabber XCP^™) chat session.
