DCO Early User Testing (EUT) has commenced and is available to try at (DCO) & (DCO-S) at https://www.dco.dod.smil.mil. During EUT please be aware that modifications will be made to DCO and that the service may be taken down periodically for maintenance and updates. Also, user data stored and accumulated on DCO during EUT will not necessarily be available when DCO enters Limited Operational Availability (LOA) in the spring of 2008.

DCO

1. With your CAC in your system's card reader, navigate to https://www.dco.dod.mil and follow browser prompts to enter CAC pin.
2. Click on the 'Register' link.
3. Fill in the fields that are editable for your registration profile. NOTE: certain fields are pulled directly from your CAC & are not editable. Your password must be 10 characters and contain a minimum of two of the following: upper case, lower case, numbers, & special characters.

DCO(S)

1. Navigate to https://www.dco.dod.smil.mil.
   NOTE: DCO(S) is completely username and password based.
2. Click on the 'Register' link.
3. Fill in all fields for your registration profile. Your password must be 10 characters and contain a minimum of two of the following: upper case, lower case, numbers, & special characters.
