Carahsoft President Craig P. Abod Named
EY Entrepreneur Of The Year™ 2015 Award Winner in Greater Washington

Abod has received the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year 2015 Regional Award in the Greater Washington region. The award recognizes outstanding entrepreneurs who demonstrate excellence and extraordinary success in such areas as innovation, financial performance, and personal commitment to their businesses and communities.

Abod was selected as the winner in the Government Services Large category by an independent judging panel made up of previous winners of the award, leading CEOs, private capital investors and other regional business leaders. The award was presented at a gala event on Thursday, June 18, 2015 at The Ritz-Carlton, Tysons Corner.

Abod founded Carahsoft in 2004. The company has experienced tremendous growth year-over-year, posting more than $2.4 billion in sales. As a top-ranked GSA schedule holder, Carahsoft employs nearly 500 people and now serves as the largest government partner for many of the industry's leading software manufacturers including VMware, Adobe, Symantec, Red Hat, HP, SAP, EMC, F5 Networks, and Splunk among others.
