In support of the BPA, Carahsoft Technology Corp. provides an Adobe focused program manager that is dedicated to supporting your Adobe requirements and this BPA. This Program Manager is responsible for all aspects of BPA management and is fully trained in all the sales and configuration of all Adobe products. All sales, order management and contracting functions are overseen by this individual. Their role is to help you maximize your utility of your investments in Adobe technology. Carahsoft is also providing access to an Adobe Technical Account Manager for any technical concerns and questions.

Quarterly Training Webcast

Carahsoft Technology Corp. also provides a quarterly training webcast to the IRS for up to 100 participants. These webcasts include information regarding new product releases, product patch/upgrade information or short trainings should the need arise and will be made available in an archived database.

Dedicated Phone Lines

In addition to the direct access to Adobe service representatives for maintenance and technical support, Carahsoft provides a dedicated a phone line to be used exclusively for activities supporting this BPA. Both toll and toll-free lines are available. This number is included on all quotations, emails, website(s), and other documentation regarding this BPA. Additionally, this phone line is answered by a "pool" of individuals. Consequently, during regular business hours, this line is always answered by a live person and customers are not routed to voicemail. The use of this line helps to enable immediate customer service/action to take place.
